During this engagement, our team of experienced coaches will work with you to assess everything from your revenue goals, sales process, sales technology to your ideal customer profile. We’ll meet with you and your team weekly to advise you on everything from email writing to cold calling, how to show up in social media and ongoing testing of your sequences.

Outbound Health Check

Outbound Consultations help our clients get guidance and clarity on what initiatives to prioritize in order to generate outbound success.

Our goal is to drive alignment and a shared understanding of what’s possible, what’s necessary, and what may require further tinkering as you design, implement, and continually develop your outbound sales development program.

During this engagement, our team of experienced coaches will work with you to explore the challenges you’re currently facing and use their extensive experience to provide live and written recommendations on how to prioritize and solve them. Outbound Success Coaching was created to help your team reach their maximum potential.

We’ve coached hundreds of sales reps to do exactly this, and now want to pass on this expertise to your reps.

During this engagement, we’ll host a series of workshops in order to coach your team on the best approach and mentality to outbound prospecting, and make sure that they can produce the best result month after month. Examples of some of the workshops include cold calling, email writing, and account navigation.

Sequence Writing

Let us help you kick start an uptick in responses by writing a sequence for you.

We have combined our internal expertise and knowledge of what tactics are currently working in outbound to build you a sequence that you can start testing on your target market straight away.

During this engagement, our team of experienced coaches will get to know your business, develop two bespoke sequences, advise on the metrics to track and share cold calling tactics.

What’s Included

  • We request information on your ICP, what problems you solve, case studies etc. to get to know your business
  • 45 minute alignment meeting with our sequence writing experts
  • We will then share the sequence(s) (up to two) with you, with associated metrics to track and cold calling strategies
  • 30 minute check-in call every two weeks for six weeks to review performance and suggest tweaks
