Niching is important, but if you serve more than one industry/niche, how do you handle this? Do you create custom messaging and collateral for each niche? Do you have certain SDRs focus on a specific niche? It seems like you need to balance effectiveness, complexity and execution. Maybe there’s an 80/20?

– access templates for referrals, email responses and follow-ups
– track metrics and benchmark best practices
– network with other industry experts (plus other SDRs)
